I rode this last year on a board test in France.

I was riding a park orientated conventional shaped board at the time form a big manufacturer.  I had never heard of Allian before and had no idea what they were all about.  I was attracted by the super bright graphics and the fact that thank to the graphics i knew this was one of the new ‘rocker’ shaped boards.

Compared to my other board i immediately noticed just how soft this board is, SUPER soft, so good for jibbing and butters…really makes any other board that says it is soft look stiff.  It has got some amazing pop though, i could ollie this higher than anything i had ridden before.  The best thing and something quite simple is that because of the rocker shape and softness I could ride this on the tail or nose and still be able turn….people would stare at me as i went past them on my nose, carving…weird.  The board allows you to jib around almost worry free, you have to try really hard to catch an edge, for boxes or rails you really cannot beat this construction.  compared to other rocker boards this board really shines, the rocker shape needs to be matched to a soft flex to make the most of it…THINK ABOUT IT….This allows you to use the shape fully.

I loved this board so much i placed an order right there an then….so did quite a few other people.  As a second board aimed totally at fun and messing around you cannot go wrong.  i would not through away my regular board just yet though… i like nailing it on fresh groomers, and although this can do it i would rather have something stiffer and loner for this.  For a fridge stick this would be ideal, quite cheap…I got mine for £220!!

This board changed my life!

I have so far been riding for 8-9 years, I had heard of Allian from my first snowboard video, and my snowboard instructor rocked an earlier model.

Previously I’d ridden, Sims, Atomic, Ride, Forum & Burton…The Allian Rocker destroys them all. This board is mainly aimed at jibbers, but it performs amazingly on powder, and the rest of the mountain.

They are coming back to the UK this year apparently….GET ONE! I’ve had mine for 2 years now and it is going NOWHERE!
