Salomon Grip - 2012

When the manufacturer’s description reads “Wolfgang Nyvelt created this powder-hungry park board for on and off-piste performance”, you know the Grip is going to rip. Last year our tester Ben rated it as his favourite park ride of the week and he didn’t even get to test it in the powder where the Grip’s Pow Rocker profile (early rise tips) will make light work of keeping afloat.

Manufacturer's Description:

Our Most Versatile Shape - The Grip is a board for all riders and all terrains. Wolfgang Nyvelt created this powder-hungry park board for on and off piste performance with a hit of G.I.F.T. versatility through ABC Sandwich construction with Popster.

Hi. After a long time reviewing reviews I’ve decided to go with the grip, it sounds like just what i need. Iv got size UK 10 feet and i know they’re right up on the limit. Wide boards always feel too wide for me, does anyone know if i’d be ok with the grip 160?

Any help on this would be awesome thanks.
