If humans were symmetrical we would look a hell of a lot different than we do. Although we’ve adapted our bodies to ride symmetrical snowboards, we created an asymmetrical shape to better balance the ride. We developed this board with Ethan and Halldor to be more stable on big’ol nasty booters and steep, icy landings. But it also works for regular humans on regular jumps, too. The asymmetrical design takes the popular traits of the Evil Twin-the Core Core, tri-axial layup, medium flex-and wraps it into an asymmetrical 3BT shape. We give the board a shorter heelside uplift area since you have less control and leverage on this edge. The toeside, however, has a longer base uplift area since you can precisley contral this part of the board. Better boarding through science!
