The Summit is one of the lesser known boards in the Never Summer range. On first inspection its spec reads much like the better known Raptor, the flagship of NS’ freeride offering. Although the Summit is firm flexing, damp and fast like the Raptor, it is designed to be more agile and surfy in powder, thanks to 20mm of taper, a 50mm setback stance and a low volume tail kick.
The Summit’s supreme powder performance is a culmination of directional flex, tapered shape, custom tip/tail profile and extensive damping. The Summit will power through the deepest snow, crud, tight trees or anything else that gets in its way.
