The Zugspitze Spring in the Park sessions are back for another year. If you’re free for the first two weeks of April, drag yourself up to Bavaria’s highest peak for a fortnight packed full of coaching, demos and airbag hucking all for the price of a lift pass. Bargain!
It’s springtime again at the Terrain Park Zugspitze! Once again, SPRING IN THE PARK 2010 offers the whole works for all park riders and for those who want to become one! For the first time, the spring camp on Germany’s highest mountain will also offer a special Kids coaching in a park area that is specially prepared for the offspring. Additionally, there will be free coaching for all freeskiers and snowboarders, a rookie contest and photo sessions at the Terrain Park Zugspitze. At SPRING IN THE PARK 2010, which will take place from March 27th to April 11th 2010, participants can also demo the most up-to-date hardware from K2, RIDE and LINE at the test centre – and the latest skis and boards will also be available to kids! The RIDE BagJump, where riders can practice new tricks without risk, promises to become another highlight at the Easter weekend.
At SPRING IN THE PARK 2010, once again snowboarders and freeskiers can get useful pro tips for styling their spins and slides over the two weeks. Karl Killer and his shaper crew will be at the terrain park daily to care for the perfectly prepared kickers and rails. Tons of pros have confirmed their attendance as coaches: snowboarders can look forward to meeting RIDE pros Manuel Tapal (GER) and Jens Kretschmer (GER) as well as K2 riders Julia Baumgartner (AUT), Colin Frei (SUI), Mone Monsberger (AUT) and Sebi Schmitz (GER). The freeskiers will be coached by LINE pros Roy Kittler (GER) and Patrick Hollaus (AUT), as well as K2 riders Maxine Boehme (GER), Canisia Romani (NED) and Mike Hausner (AUT).
