Another banana sizing question

Hi guys.  Thanks for all your help with these topics.  I am about 2 weeks away from ordering my skate banana.  Not sure what size anymore though.  6’2”. 185 to 195lbs…down like 50lbs from when i was on the markwt last year.  Currently have size 11 burtons, though rented last year and had to go as low as 10s in the rentals.  Still coulda went 9.5…is that cause of cheap rental boots, no insulation?  I think they were ride?  I ask because it will be relevant soon, i guess.  I am going to get new boots too.  I have flow bindings and they are tearing the laces up on my current boots.  thinking I may dump the flows altogether too, and get unions or something.  I hear they really connect you with the board better.  anyway, back to shoes, Tennis Shoe size is 13 US if all that was too much info.  I ride  Groomers, do ground tricks, butters, spins, and new to jumps and parks.  Will hit pow if i can ever get any, not too common for me though.  Thought i needed a 159w, but not so sure anymore with the weight loss and new boot questions.  Can i, or should i go as low as 156 regular and still be good?  Thanks for any help.
