Hey guys….i need some help…im new to boarding…just started last year…went about 4-5 times…started towards the end of the season….ive rented 2 times and hated the boards I got…currently got a palmer 156….its decent..looking to get a new board for this season…and I’m having trouble on what to get….im a male…5’10…160 lbs…8.5 boot…..any suggestions?
.....a friend of mine is willing to sell me his brand new GNU Riders Choice 2012 157’ for $375….need help on it tho….dont know too much bout boards and skill levels and stuff…says its for intermediate-advanced riders…so would this board be too much for me?
If I do get it…i was thinking Burton cartel binding…and no idea what boots yet…gotta go to the shop and try some on….please guile your opinions and some other suggestions would be nice….thank you

Ok so this is my last attempt at posting a reply, I’m on number 5 and it’s doing my nut in.
Yes by the Riders Choice. The size is right for your stats and coming from riding a palner you’ll find the medium flex very manageable. In most cases boards like this are labelled intermediate to advanced so that it doesn’tt put off more advanced riders and so that there is some product differentiation in the range. You’ll be fine… grab yourself a bargain.
