Hi all, I got a 2010 Eero Etella 155cm last season but haven’t ridden it yet. Is there anyone that has ridden this board that can tell me how good it is? And I just got a 154cm 2011 Forum Destroyer Chilly Dog, how about this board, what do you guys think about it? I have been riding since 1996 but I didn’t ride between 2001 and 2007 except maybe once or twice here and there very rarely due to my military career. But I’m where the snow is now and have been for about two seasons so I’m back at riding again. I’m a park and off piste terrain rider. Thanks

Well the Eero is a quite stiff board so as long as you don’t have crazy muslces like Eero himself, you won’t be too happy jibbing around the park with it.
The Destroyer is more of a park ride but also for more like the experienced riders.
As the Destroyer CD features rocker tech it probably also provides a little more float in pow compared to the Eero.
Hope this helped a little, no time for writing such extensive replies as Rich does, but maybe he will get to this soon, so.. =)
Cheers Tobi

Sweet, thanks for the reply! Yeah I got the Eero because honestly I’m a huge fan lol. But I do plan on using it for riding natural terrain and I wanted a good park purpose board for the parks. I have a Flow Era. it is a good beginner park board to me but I needed just a bit more pop to progress my tricks some. I have about 8 yrs of riding experience in everything from the iciest to the deepest powder and everything in between. I’m stepping up the game this year and wanted a board to boot. Thanks for the insite and if anyone else has anymore please jump in:)

Chilly Dog rocker will help with butters and presses as well as the odd incomplete rotation in the park as well as giving you added float in the pow. It’ll basically make riding the park and pow a little less effort. However the Eero will reward you with better pop and edge control for larger features where you need more speed and stability. Up to you, if stepping you riding up means learning new stuff in the park and sticking some new tricks in the pow then the Destroyer makes more sense. If stepping up means taking some tricks to bigger jumps with more consequences then the Eero makes more sense.
