Hey guys, sporty to bother you with a second post.I am buying my first board and I think I am getting the camp 7 ridge board with flow bindings and boots for $320. Does this sound like a good first board? Thanks!!!

I’ve just had a look at the Camp 7 Ridge 2011. In all honesty I’ve never heard of this brand before, I have no idea where or by whom they are manufactured. Apart from the fact it has a tip to tail wood core, there is little information about what the board is made from. I would think you’re probably best avoiding the Camp & and shelling-out a bit more for a respectable brand.

Fow bindings aren’t my cup of tea but a lot of people sware by them. In my personal opinion I would probably opt for a conventional dual strap binding until you have tried Flows.

Feel free to post up any other set-up deals you’re wondering about and I’ll give you my opinion.
