I’m looking for a new board for next season, and I’m planning on getting a Lib Tech Skate Banana. I want to get the the 156W, but I’m worried it will be too small. I’m 6’4, 225, with a boot size of 13. Should i go with the 156W or 159W?

I think you could get the 159 without any problem as you’re pretty tall and not the lightest rider there is..
In case you still don’t know which one to get, use our boot-size-checker and have a look if your size 13 shoes does fit on a 156 or if you really should get the 159.
Cheers Tobi

Yeah my vote would be for the 159W too. Tom demoed a 156 recently and thought it made a good jib/freestyle board at that size. He’s 8 inches shorter and maybe 70-80lbs lighter than you. I think you’d find the 156W too short and soft.

The boot sizer says that the ideal boot is a 8.5 and 9.5 is good. I really have my heart set on the skate banana, but my boots are 13. Any suggestions?

I’ve got 8.4m sidecut radius and a 26.5cm waist.
When I put in a standard stance for a guy of your size of 25 inches and binding angles of 15 degrees on the fron and -12 at the back which are pretty standard, I get a boot size of 10-12… if you size up to 13 it’ll probably be fine.
The Gnu Carbon Credit series is a similar twin shape and uses the banana profile and mag edges. It’s a couple millimeters wider at 26.7cm for the 159W. A touch cheaper too.

Alright, I’ll take that into consideration. Thanks so much for the continued help.
