yo,

I want to get a board solely for rails, jibs and small kickers, im actually mainly going to ride it on dry slope for the summer (im in uk), but will also ride park with it next winter

Im 5’11 and 13 stone (180 pounds).

I currently riding rome postermania 156 rocker, decent board but want something really small.have seen a K2 WWW 148 for cheap… any good? is 148 just too small for my height, size? i was thinking also of the DC MLF 150 but its not a rocker, prefer rockers as jib boards.

opinions?

148 WWW… aounds way too short. The WWW is designed to have a pretty long effective edge for a short board but it’ll just feel far too soft for a man of your size. I rode a 152 and I’m a stone and a half lighter and 3 inches shorter than you, it was a wet noodle. My advice would me to go for a board like the Lib Tech Box Scratcher 151 or the Academy Propaganda 152 these boards have a bit more guts and can be ridden shorter by heavier riders.

thanks for the response.

i managed to bag an artifact 150 rocker in the end in the sale. only going to use it for jibs and small hits so should be ok.
