I consider myself an intermediate rider… Over the past 6 years I’ve been up about 12-15 times. I’ve always rented and am now looking to buy. I’m interested in the Head 2009 Tiara 149. At 5’3” 150 it seems like the right size but I’ve seen that this is for a more experienced rider so I’m not sure if it would be too much for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds a little on the small side for you, I’d probably consider riding something with a couple more cms maybe 151cm…. but it won’t make a huge amount of difference.

Regarding the board, if you are confidently carving down red runs, hitting a bit of powder and starting to do some jumps and you like mid flexing cambered boards you should have a problem with the Tiarra.
