Recommendation on Burton EST bindings

I plan on probably getting the Burton Custom Flying V 2012, so was wondering what folks recommend for bindings. I currently have a Burton Prophecy, which has the Re:Flex Channel base plates, but folks like Rich said it’s best to get EST bindings.

I’m not necessarily in a rush to get EST bindings now since I don’t have the snowboard yet, but there are some great deals now since the season is almost over.

- Burton C60 EST
- Burton C02 EST
- Burton Malavita EST
- Burton Restricted Malavita EST
- Burton Mission EST
- Burton Restricted Mission EST
- Burton Cartel EST
- Burton Restricted Cartel EST

I’m not sure what “Restricted” means…

I’m still beginner-intermediate, but hope to advance further sometime next snow season so I can justify getting a new snowboard and new EST bindings.  =)

I think I’m too old to attempt my fate with the park, so will stick to groom runs mostly. I’m not sure which bindings are best for my needs, but I rather have control over speed and quality over price.

Or is it better to see what Burton introduces for the 2012 season?
