Hi all. I went out twice this season and loved it. Would like to buy some gear. I am 6’1, 240 lbs, size 12 shoes. I plan to ride mostly groomed runs, resort hills some trees etc, maybe small jumps here and there but not really focusing on park ride until i get better. I would like a board that is not totally beginners board, but not too advanced either. Something good to learn on that will last a few seasons.
2 boards really stand out so far, the GNU Carbon Credit and the NS SL. The SL is probably out of my price range, so does anybody have experience or input about the GNU CC for my specifications?
Any other board suggestions? Thanks in advance.

The GNU Carbon Credit series sounds like a good fit. I think you should be looking at the either the 162W or 165W. You might also want to take a look at the Riders Choice. The profile is not too dissimilar to that of the Never Summer SL, but thr price is lower and the flex a little softer, check that out in the 166W or 162W.
