A few questions about squeezebox

So originally I was going to buy the Burton Sherlock, but concluded I just don’t ride enough powder to warrant buying that board.  So I then turned my attention to the Custom flying V 158.  Now I see Burton also has a squeezebox version of this same board.  With the added pop from the squeezebox why would anybody get the standard flying V?  I guess my real question is.. Are there any drawbacks with squeezebox that I should know about?
