Hi.
I was going to buy the Turbo Dream, but it seems like the 156 is sold out in whole Europe!!! I have ordered one from the snowboard asylum, and the said that it would ship from uk last week, but i havent heard from them, and now its sold out on thier site too! :(
So! im looking at never summer boards, just to have some kind of back up, but to my horror, it seems that its almost impossible to find NS boards in europe. the only one i found, that im interesseted in, is this: Never summer SL-R
1. is this board 10/11 ?
2. whats the difference between this and the SL version reviewed on this site? i now its reverse camber. but it seems that my english cant decipher what that means. how will it affect the riding experience?
thanks :)

Hey dude,
I expected the TD to sell pretty good but that it’s already out of stock is kind of amazing for K2..
The SL you linked above it from the 09/10 season.
The 09/10 SL-R and 10/11 SL do pretty much have the same rocker tech on them, so it’s not a huge difference there.
Scroll down at our Basics guide to learn more about the different types of rocker and come back in case you still need some information, we’ll be glad to help you out again, then.
Cheers, Tobi

Evo.com offers shipping to europe and they have a service handling all taxes and the import stuff. My board will probably arrive tomorrow after that I can tell you more if you are interested

It’s the same thing. Never Summer put the rocker-camber technology on all their boards this year so they dropped the R in the name (which stands for the rocker-camber).

Evo.com seems to be a great site, with a huge selection. but what do you mean buy “handling all taxes” ?
because unfortunatly, af board that costs 479$, like the turbo dream, will end up at 680$ after shipping, taxes and customs by european law.
how much have you paid? and for which board?
