Snowboard Sizing Dilemma

I have the opportunity to get the forum favorite Rossignol Magtek 159cm at a cheap price.  My problem is that I’m not sure if I should get the 156 instead.  I’m 5’9’’ and weigh 165 pounds.  I’m kinda in between the two recommended weights for the board:

156cm 130-180 Pounds
159cm 140-200 Pounds

I’m leaning more towards the longer board because I want a pseudo powerderish board when I decide to go to a bigger mountain.  I also really like speed as well and want a board that doesn’t chatter and is stable at high speeds.

My only concerns are that I’m trying to progress in the park.  I already have a more parkish board but at the same time I want to make sure I’m able to have the flexibility i need.  I won’t be doing too much jibbing so softness isn’t an issue.  Additionally will maneuverability be an issue or should it be relatively the same?

Any other board recommendations?
I’ve also been eying the Yes Optimisic because it has the same sexy rocker and the nickdecker serrated edges.  The Jones Mountain Twin looks like a sick ride too.  Anything similar to these two boards?

Thanks!

I would lean towards the 159…  you are relatively close to my stats and the 159 would be the size I would get.

I have seen some of the Yes and Jones line, great boards…  honestly just sit with all of them for a bit and look at what you like and don’t like and let that be your deciding factor.  All three are amazing boards, just see which one you lean more towards.
