Hi! I’ve recently bought a new board and now I want some advice for new bindings. I’m intermediate boarder and I normally ride through pistes and some park, so something all around with some flex to do tricks is for me. Me feet are EU45 and my board is a Rossi Angus 158mw. What do you recommend me?

Having a mid-wide board means a large binding (pretty sure EU45 falls in large, but I could be wrong).

Do you want traditional straps or quick-entry system?  What type of boots you have?

45 is definitely L/XL for bindings!

Other than that, Reloaded (dude seriously, at first I thought someone used your avatar!) is right on track asking these questions.

Generally as an allmountain-freestyler you are looking for a binding with medium stiffness or a even stiffer one if you care for response!
The UNION Forces are some really nice allmountain bindings, “down for durability”!
Check them out and tell me what you think!

Cheers, Tobi

Well, my boots are Burton Ozone ‘09. About the quick-entry system, I didn’t think about it so it is not essential. I’ve seen this list for intermediates:

Burton Cartel
Burton Excile EST
Ride Delta
Union Force
Union Contact
Burton Stilleto
Burton Scribe
Ride Dva

Anyway, I’ll take a look at what you have suggested. Thanks.

Hey SpAiK,

I’m a bit confused; half the bindings you’ve listed are for ladies and half for gents. Hope you don’t mind me asking but which gender are you?

Make-sure you have a look at Salomon bindings. If you’re a guy then the Chief or Code and if you’re a chick then Absolute Pure or Absolute Premium…......I’ve been riding Salomon Bindings for the last 6 years; they’re very comfortable, light and bomb-proof.

Well the Stilleto, Scribe and DVA are for chicks so I’d probably avoid those. Make sure you have a look at Salomon bindings and Drake bindings before you make your choice:
