Cheap snowboards

I need to get a snowboard for this season asap.  With also having to buy new goggles and jacket - a new expensive board is not be something I can afford right now. Does anyone know a good place to find cheap snowboards? I might even go for a used one if it’s in good condition.  Any advice is much appreciated. Cheers!

Hey LOLA646,

There’s plenty of places to find new boards online, just google “cheap snowboards for sale” or something similar. Just make sure you know what you’re looking first. There’s a handy board guide on this site - http://www.snowboard-review.com/snowboard_guide/basics/ - so once you know what you’re looking for then get searching. Usually later in the season shops will start discounting their boards and you can really pick up some good deals. Alternatively buy a used snowboard. I guess Ebay or somewhere like http://www.secondhandboards.com/used-snowboards for the best bargains. Good luck!

Hey Snowguru, Thanks so much for your suggestions. I’m not a big fan of ebay but I did check out the other site. Nice selection and pretty reasonable when compared to the brand new ones I’ve looked at. I think I’ll be able to find something in my budget. Helpful guide too. Thanks again. Cheers
