Need of upgrades and need some advice

Hi, ive been riding off and on for about 15 years and my equipment is about 12 years old. I currently ride a Ride Catalyst/Drake Bindings. Im 230lbs, 5’11 and prefer all mountain/powpow riding. I recently rode a friends Bataleon Evil Twin and couldnt believe the confidence at high speeds without fear of catching an edge. Thats what got me thinking of upgrading my set. Any advice on what to look at would be appreciated. Thanks
