Buying a new board.

Dear,

I’m looking for a new snowboard after 5 years on a burton twintip (154).
I ride at least 2 weeks in a year.
My hight is 5’11 and weight 199 lbs.
I like to do slopes and powder not to much park.
I was thinking of Custom Flying V Snowboard.
Is this the right choise ? And in which size should I take a new board 158-160 ?
