New board advice

Ok so im getting a new board. Im 5’11” 190 lbs n i usually ride hard packed snow cuz theres usually no fresh powder anywhere close to me.  I like being able to bomb hills at top speeds and to hit the park for jumps and to have good control over.  I was thinking about getting the burton mr. nice guy 155 cm and wanted to hear if anyone heard anything good or bad about it. Any info would help. Thanks.

You will probably be better on a bigger board and stiffer board, given your stats.  My experience is that Flying V boards aren’t that great for bombing pistes as they give a lot of chatter at higher speed, especially in harder conditions.

I’ve used the same burton board for the past 10 years and its very small. Idk if its a 151 or even smaller but i like the feel of a shorter board cuz i feel like i have more control over it. i was thinking either the 155 or 158 or 157 wide but i think id rather the mid-wide which leaves me with the 155 or 158. And from what ive heard the mr. nice guy is a stiff camber board thas good on hard-packed snow and has a good amount of pop.

Apologies, i got mixed up with the easy living board for a moment there, doh! :)

I can say anything about that then, sorry for wasting your time.  But if you want a fast aggressive freestyle twin thats shit hot on groomers try something by Ride, ive been blown away by every board ive tried of theirs.  Im a little shorter than you but i like the same type of riding and look for the same things from a board.  Look at the Arcade UL, Machete GT or the DH2.  They ride great short and are really stable, fast and damp with great edge hold.
