Nitro Pantera or Pantera LX

I took out the 2012 Pantera on a demo early this year and loved it! Only to find there was an LX version! :) Can anyone tell me the main difference in terms of ride feel between them? What to expect from the Pantera vs. the LX.

Keeping it simple, I’m mostly interested which would be the “more damp” board between the 2!

From what I gather it’s just a stiffer and damper ride because of the use carbon and basalt laminates instead of triax glass and basalt reinforcement. If I were you I’d stick with the Pantera unless you want a super stiff and possibly lighter board in which case it’s the LX.

I’m used to stiff boards (T6, NS Titan). And I already have a 156 K2 WWW (for fun) and a Travis Rice 2011 (all mountain) in my quiver. So this will be in addition as a pure charging speed board!

I was also looking at the Salomon burner as an option! But favoring the LX so far.

Not that it’ll make a big difference, LX comes in 165 while Paneteta/Burner 166! I ride 164.

Did anyone get a chance to ride them side by side?
