No matter your ability, the DC XFB will meet you every step of the way. A smooth buttery flex makes landings forgiving and turn initiation easy, but moderate carbon and kevlar reinforcement between the bindings means you won’t wash out when your flying towards 60ft tables. Ideal for kickers and rails in the park, but versatile enough to be ridden over the whole mountain. A great board if you’re an intermediate snowboarder set on riding park and pipe but want a board that you can cruise around the whole mountain on.
It’s an Xtreme Fun Board created for the park rider… the park rider who also wants to venture outside the park. The XFB was created with a responsive, forgiving flex, making it exceptionally easy to ride and appropriate for every rider out there.

Before I bought this board, I was kinda iffy on the quality of DC boards considering that they’re a fairly new brand. I ordered a 155cm Lauri Hesikari Pro XFB model and I believe the only difference is the 7200 sintered base and the graphics. Turn initiation was crazy good whether i was doing fast low-radius turns or long carves down the hill. Being from Mountain High Resort, I’m no stranger to slushy/spring conditions but the XFB did fabulously well on speed and I was able to get more than enough speed and pop for the kickers. Even when I wasn’t, the board is rather forgiving and feels stable throughout the landing. Also, the “blunt curve” at the nose and tail were awesome at keeping speed in the slush! Great in the park but a little slow on rotations. Overall, this is a smooth board that isn’t afraid of a little roughhousing and I’m rather bummed that they discontinued it, but keep your eye out for a good deal because I highly recommend this board!
