The Protocol has triaxial glass for that extra bit of grip in hard conditions and a true twin shape for precision switch riding. But the Protocol isn’t your average true twin, terrain park get around. Sims have eradicated the camber much like K2’s Flatline technology for that worn in feel and increased float in powder. To make sure none of that lovely pop gets lost the designers installed a full length Poplar core and a tip to tail one inch thick carbon stringer.
The Protocol Artist Series is the only board in the Sims line that features new zero camber technology. Local Denver artist, Jason Thielke, designed the men’s Protocol Artist Series. Jason creates unique architectural style illustrations using both contemporary and traditional techniques. The Protocol Artist Series is the board of choice for Sims brand manager Marc Vitelli.
