The Mid Life definitely has a unique selling point… it’s the only subtle graphic in the Capita line-up. Under the modest (but still on the eerie / dark side) exterior Capita have crammed in their Epoxy glass weave and Carbon fibre reinforcement to create a lightweight and poppy board for throwing down in the park and on backcountry booters.
The Mid Life Photo series provides a true twin freestyle experience with an overall wider frame, slightly deeper sidecut, more pronounced shoulders, and distinctive tip and tail shapes. Designed and ridden by CAPiTA’s own, Mr. TJ Schneider.

Capita does suck! They don’t honer their warranties. I had a 2010 Capita Mid Life 155 that delaminated. The damage was pretty extensive. Part of the die cut_Capita logo peeled off the base and the wood core broke apart. It was a board defect. Capita denied my claim and said that the damage was caused by an impact implying that I hit a rock. Which is complete bullshit there weren’t even scratches on the bottom of my boar
