Never a day too deep! The K2 Gyrator is for those days when nothing should get in your way. Wake up, forget work, forget breakfast, forget it all…hey might as well forget the leg burn or leaning back too. Leave it all behind and just enjoy.

Manufacturer's Description:

Who would’ve thought we could take everybody’s favorite powder board and make it even better? We maintained the effortless float courtesy of K2 Powder Rocker and combined it with a slightly stiffer nose and tail for increased pop and stability.  The Gyrators new Hybrilight construction makes the board lighter and the addition of vibration killing Harshmellow provides you with the quietest and smoothest ride you’ve ever had in the white room. The sidecut features a mellow nose and tail for easy and stable initiation into high speed turns and a progressively more aggtressive radius at the centre to power into snappy carves. The core also includes honey-comb inserts to keep weight to a minimum.

Skiers and snowboarders love lots of freshly fallen ****?

i have rode the 09 gyrator last season. it started out as my powder board but after awhile it became my everyday board.

it has a quite stiff nose and tail but its very soft between the bindings. couple this with the insane amount of rocker and you got a very fun, poppy, surfy board.

the reason i started using it everyday was that it really had good edgehold despite of the rocker and that it was so fun to do mini jibs with.

BUT, the base and edge suck, hard. all you have to do is look at a rock and you will get a coreshot. love the board but after using it 40 days (about half the season) its beat to shreds and i will have to find a new board. this time i wont be buying k2, i want something that will last.
