stats:
Recommended for park riding. Recommended for halfpipe riding Recommended for rail riding Recommended for freeride riding Medium cost snowboard Zero camber construction Directional twin shape Specific for Women Riders

Last years Transworld Good Wood winner the Fallen Angel sees some big changes in 2011. Camber gets replaced with All terrain Pop-Rocker to help with float in the pow and forgiveness in the park. However, the 7.2k sintered base gets traded-in for an Extruded 4.4k base, great for inexperienced riders who don’t want to be waxing their board every week, but not so great for experienced female riders who demand speed and acceleration in spring snow conditions.

Manufacturer's Description:

The Fallen Angel is the ideal board for girls who want to make a statement. With its eye-catching design developed in collaboration with streetwear brand SIXXA, and its special new shape, this beauty was made for serious action, anytime, anywhere. A sick ride for all ladies looking for more than just your average girly board.

Skiers and snowboarders love lots of freshly fallen ****?

This WAS my favorite board of all time. Torsionally flexy with great response, stiffer lengthwise, super fast, fun in the park, good float in pow, and for once, a not-dumbed-down version of a great men’s board (the Hatchet). Until Atomic ruined it with some weird rocker design and an extruded base. They shouldn’t have messed with a good thing. It was a quiver killer, now it should be killed. And let’s not talk about 2011’s horrible graphics….that’s just too tragic.
