Take the infamous Rome artifact, soften it up even more and reduce the waist, but keep the slimey bronze edges and pop core matrix, throw in some handrails and go easy on the park jumps and you’ve got the Rome Detail, the ultimate women specific snowboard for rail and jib hungry chiquitas.
What do MFR and Silvia Mittermuller have in common other than that they both annihilate everything they drop, hit, slash, or jib? They both up the ante on the Detail for rails, boxes and ledges. With a Gumby-like flex profile and Rome’s Bronze Edges to absorb rail impact, it’s not rocket science why they choose the Detail to blast out some of the best female thrash-hanging ever recorded.

A bronzed baby which will make you desperate for school’s-out so you can head straight for the park. Buttering and jibbing is what this board does best and it seemed to flex in any direction I wanted it to, but still meant landings and take-offs were as smooth as its edges. The Rome Detail wants you to head for the park, and I definitely had fun at play-time. It boasts bronze edges which are softer than the steel than other boards, so you won’t be hooking up on rails, giving you a nice slice of tasty confidence to try some new slides and presses. I enjoyed riding the Rome Detail and would recommend it for girls who are up for making their mark in the park.

I love this board. Awesome in the park and good in powder(what we get in MI anyway). It is extremely flexible and buttery and the edges are sick! I definitely recommend this board.
