Apo Arthur Longo - 2010

Summary:

Arthur Longo is having one hell of a year! With wins like the Artic Challenge Quater Pipe, Arthur is up there with the best riders on the planet. APO have created a board perfect for riding hard and fast into large transitions and super steep landings. A freestyle board with all the grip and minerals for going huge off kickers and in the pipe.

Manufacturer's Description:

Smooth performance. Arthur’s pro model has been designed for people who, like him, were born with a snowboard under their feet! It is a technical board for smooth airs, poppy freestyle, but it’s also great in powerful turns.

Can’t wait for this board to come out; saw Arthur Longo at the Arctic Challenge and he killed it. Anybody know where I can buy Apo boards in the states?

Yeah it’s a massive shame, Apo used to be A Boards back in the 90s and early 00s. Unfortunately Regis Rolland (the original owner.. French legend) got into a business deal which ended up with Rossignol buying the brand and then closing it a number of years later. After closing A Boards Regis tried to buy back the name but Rossignol were having none of it. So Regis started from scratch again with APO. APO lost all their distributors around the world when A Boards went sour and it’s only this season they’re sorting distribution in the states.. no doubt Athur’s success is helping! Looks like you can find the info here when they’re available - http://www.apo-snow.com/apo_snow/site_type/site/index.php?idlang=1&idmenu=153&page=dealer_locator.php
