The flagship board of the GNU range. The Altered Genetics really does feature spaced aged materials! The bonkers engineers at Mervin have found a polymer material called Vectran, Vectran has a strength to weight ratio 10 times greater than Titanium, they’re using it to reinforce the AG. But that’s not the end of it, featuring Banana technology, the crazy hybrid wood core that the Altered Genetics is famous for and Magnetraction… the Altered Genetics is next level equipment.

Manufacturer's Description:

Award winning Banana tech Magnetraction geometrics and construction! Gnu mutant trees are cultivated to blend the best properties of Bamboo, Aspen and Balsa to provide unbelievable pop! Vectran liquid crystal Polymer was developed as the fibre foundation for inter-planetary Mars lander tyres and has 10 times the strength of titanium. The new Bio-polymer top sheet material made from beans provides the industry’s greatest strength to weight ratio and is nice o the environment. We have combined these three elements to bring you the world’s most advanced snowboard construction. Set forth boldly with Banana technology under your feet.
