Take Never Summer’s most popular All-Mountain freestyle snowboard, buy a circular saw and cut your new board straight down the centre. Next buy a heavy duty varnish or Varathane and coat the inside edge without getting too much on the base. Once you’ve done this, it’s time to drill tons of hole and mount your Voile hardware.  Now fill in the holes with resin and push Ptex disks into them, leave to dry and then sand the proud disks with progressively finer sandpaper until it is super smooth. Or buy the SL split and save yourself a good few days of hard work and the potential of making a complete hash of a mint snowboard.
