Imperium Montana - 2012

Imperium’s motto is “From the Streets to the Mountains”, well perhaps they should include “balls to the wall backcountry” in there as well. Designed for big freeride lines, the Montana has a shallow progressive sidecut than blends the smooth and stable entry and exit radius of a 9m sidecut with a more responsive 8m middle radius, so you can pump through the board’s flex and power through tighter radius carves. The Montana’s profile is cambered, but the directional shape and very slight taper should take care of float. Carbon is included in the construction for stability and stiffness when the riding ascends to the next level.
