Quick
stats:
Recommended for park riding. Recommended for rail riding High cost snowboard Rocker construction Twin shape

Nearly everything about the Jib Stick is what you’d expect from aÖ erm jib stick. There’s a progressive rocker profile which increase with board length, there’s rubber dampening under the edges which incidentally are rounded between the bindings to minimise the risk of hook-ups. The Jibstick’s core places beech under the inserts and Armadillo glass fibre reinforcement to eliminate the risk of compression damage when you stomp those tricks. The only thing you won’t expect is the medium to firm flex of quadraxial glass, if you like soft jib-noodles this won’t be your cup of tea.

Manufacturer's Description:

The Jib Stick comes with Trojan Rubber 2.0 impact strips embedded in the sidewall. The RETT is an edge detuning process that dulls the edges between your bindings so you don’t have to. You can basically throw bindings on this and take it straight to the streets. The TWIN shape and the ROCKER camber combined with the stability of the Kicker III core make this one of the best jib boards on the market today. The Armadillo plate binding reinforcement will help prevent insert blowouts. This board also comes with a SNAG FREE base. If you suck at jibbing and want to get a whole lot better, the jib stick will improve your jibbing skills.

Skiers and snowboarders love lots of freshly fallen ****?

Rami on December 01, 2011 at 04:39 AM

Hi my name is Rami and I’ve been using this board for a week now and I’m a light advanced skier and it sucks real hard. THis board doesn’t turn when you want it to. It isn’t that great for park and pipe. I was just very disappointed with this board and I’ll be sure to not recommend it or any stepchild boards to my friends.

You bought a board called the JIBstick and were pissed that it didn’t handle the pipe or lay down carves?
