no technine reviews?

hey,

i find it weird that on a snowboard review website i cant see any reviews on technine boards. i see brands that i never heard of before and it kinda angers me to not see technine boards up. i just wanna know why they dont have them on the review page.

Probably the admins emailed Technine about getting their boards up on the site and they never heard a reply or were denied by the company.  I have seen Rich post this in the past about other brands so take this for what it’s worth as it’s not official.

Well you’ve kind of hit the nail on the head, the reason we have so many brands you haven’t heard of is so that we can introduce you to some brands that you might not have considered. Technine don’t really have a huge presence in Europe where we are based so getting hold of one to test is near on impossible, and like all brands, we have approached Technine to feature on our site, it’s not like we charge or anything, but we do need them to take five minutes to send pics and board details, some brands aren’t interested in doing that work for us, so we don’t chase them. I’m a huge fan of MFM the man is a legend so I’d love to have Technine on the site but until those guys are a little bit more proactive we probably won’t have the boards on the site. We’re not selective, we’ll feature any brands boards on our site… hell we even had bitchboards on the site last year. Like anything in life you are always going to help the people out who are helpful when you need something, brands like Lib, K2 and Rossi are super helpful with hooking us up with test boards so those guys get a bigger presence on the site.

We haven’t got any beef with Technine, I’d love to get on a thug board with an Uzi on the topsheet and take it to some of my parks rails. Technine guys if you ever come across this thread drop us an email and we’ll get your boards on the site.
