Out of a last-minute decision I went to the Kaunertal glacier with a buddy 2 weeks ago to enjoy some early season shredding. Don’t want to withhold some pictures.
Really a great day despite the 7h drive for just one day, but the perfect weather and the massive fun made it all up!

Get down to Obertauern this weekend. It opens tomorrow and it’s currently snowing ish-heavily.
I’m heading up tomorrow because the weather is going to be pretty good. I don’t think SUnday is going to be upto much.

No way Rich, a 5 hour drive ist just too long for just one day of riding.. Wish you mad fun for your day, though!

Thanks Tobi… it was great morning until I took some speed to boost into some powder and caught a block of ice and ejected head first into the snow. When Collette started laughing it made me even more mad… I was traveling at some serios speed. I could have been dead!
Flachau tomorrow for some carving practice I think. I tell you I’m beginning to get bored of my Angus… it’s far too easy to ride. Back to the untameable beast they call the Jdub!
Whenever you want to come down to Austria for a weekend, drop me an email and we’ll go shredding. Salburg region is better for me because it’s free!

Riding one of the few pow spots in Garmisch. Yeah, hardly pow but that was the closest thing to pow we could find..
