Pull the trigger… I like it!
I can’t believe those prices! They’re literally giving the boards away… I think a lot of shops are worried about not selling all of their decks this season.. bit of a false economy selling them for peanuts, but it’s good for the consumer aka us!
I’m finding it really hard to advise you now because you’ve got a choice between 3 of the most awsome boards of 2010. All three are smooth, carve hard and pop huge.. but with the Rolls Royce feel. As long as the lengths are right you’d enjoy all of them. The Zero was my all time favourite but it’s an extra $100… The Atomic is an ubelievable board so powerful but not super stiff.. The TRS has got Mag edges and banana tech (and I think it’s got a sintered base).
You’ll love all of those boards. The best thing about the Zero is that it has all the qualities you need to ride fast and hard, but it’s ridiculously easy to ride at the same time. It’s a class above the Concept UL in that respect. Extremely progressive deck for averyone from an intermediate level through to pro.
You are going to have to work out which target to pull your trigger on… too close to call! You could buy the atomic and get some new bindings… sorry another spanner in teh works!

Neither could I, Rich!
But here’s that store: http://www.valuesports.com/
They don’t list all their current boards online, but Ask for “Tyler” and he’ll give you an additional 15% off of their mark downs.
Here’s that $489 deal on K2 Zero:

I’m leaning more towards the TRS because it is such a good value.

Unfortunately ‘Her Majesty’s Customs and Excise’ like a cut of everything I buy in from the States, so it would still cost be quite a bit. But if you’re in the USA those are sumer increadible prices.
Pull the trigger on the TRS, I enjoyed the Phoenix Lando and they’re not all that different. It was a very nice ride indeed.
Be sure to post a review though!

Rich,
I pulled the trigger on a Zero - couldn’t pass up on that deal. I hope it’s not too stiff for me, because I want to prefect my butter moves. I may pick up a Turbo Dream as well.
I will follow up with a review after I come back from my trip to Vail.

does the zero come in Wide?
and I read they are making it Flatline for next year, reducing the number of good versatile all-mountain with regular camber

Unfortunately the Zero only comes in a standard width around 25cm. Well if they change it to zero camber it’ll be interesting to see if it fills the boots of this year’s board.
