Welcome, never rode an Angus but I’ve only heard great things about them online and from a local rider/store person out here that rides one.

Rossi makes solid snowboards, period.  Amptek was so popular on the Angus that it’s moving to 3 boards next season.

What is it about the Custom that you don’t like?  That will help the more experienced folks on the forum to help you get the right board.

thanks for your info.my custom just doesnt feel real stable to me.seems like it hooks edges easily..would it have anything to do with it being 4 or five years old..is the technology that much better now…or maybe its just me..lol

One thing you can mess with is the stance of your bindings and the angles.  I ride real wide gangsta style and it helps a lot with stability I find.  I find a 21 degree front and 6 degree back binding working out for me.

Other then that always try and keep the board on an edge to prevent slip ups, at the end of a day I always fall on my ass in front of the lifts because my legs are getting tired and I become sloppy.
